If Zen isn’t inspired by Arc, it’s certainly aiming for the same design philosophy. Firefox-based, and doesn’t require you to log in just to open the browser.

i’ve been daily driving Zen for months, i absolutely love it. the mods are great and the software is definitely getting there.
I think the only reason I don’t want to use it is FF (ESR) is always going to get updates sooner and, considering how dog water the Internet is these days, I might as well reduce that vector where I can.
