I mean it looks fine. It doesn’t look like most U.S. govt sites, but it still looks fine. I’d sooner take issue with the tabloid’s website honestly.
All that to say — a type E visa is still simpler and cheaper (after all, if you have the money for a type E, you have the money to hire someone to handle the paperwork involved with it)
